History
The landing platform dates to the reign of Jayavarman VII (as does Banteay Kdei, the temple opposite it), but the baray was built earlier by King Rajendravarman and designed by his architect Kavindrarimathana.
Description
Cruciform-shaped landing made from laterite and sandstone, with stairs leading down into the water of a small baray. These steps are flanked by naga balustrades.
